Date:
 04/13/21
Time: 2:00-3:30 PM ET

Overview: The declaration of a national emergency due to COVID-19 and the closure of health care settings created a telehealth surge. That surge is turning into a digital boom, including new technology-enabled care models. In the first webinar of this series, the panelists will discuss the current market for digital health and how General Counsel can prepare for staffing and legal challenges during these new digital transactions. Best practices for using internal and external resources will be explored, along with a road map for successful digital deals. The new Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations, OCR enforcement discretion, cybersecurity concerns, FDA regulations and guidance, and other legal considerations will be addressed.
