Compliance—Remember Me? Things You May Have Forgotten During COVID Times (On-Demand Webinar)

Date: 10/14/21
Time: 2:00-3:30 PM ET

Difficulty: Intermediate

Overview: Measuring the effectiveness of your compliance and ethics program may have fallen by the wayside while all hands were on deck dealing with COVID-related matters. However, with the increase in surveys outside of Infection Control, senior living facilities—especially those subject to CMS's Requirements of Participation—need to refocus their efforts on policies, procedures, and conduct related to compliance and ethics. Panel members will discuss the culture of compliance, challenges for health care organizations, and other items identified by the Office of Inspector General as important elements to a compliance program.

  • Joseph F. Zielinski, Of Counsel, Dinsmore
  • Peggy Elizabeth Kozal, Partner, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP
