2022 Long Term Care and the Law CLE-eProgram

This year's conference promises to be an exciting and informative meeting where some of the leading in-house and outside lawyers, compliance officers, consultants, and other advisors for the long term care industry will be presenting on legal, compliance, and operational issues faced by providers. Sessions will focus on cutting edge issues that are front and center within the post-acute continuum. Sessions are geared towards nursing facility, assisted living, and home health audiences. AHLA programs are distinguished by the expertise as well as the range of perspectives our faculty offer. The maximum number of credits available for the eProgram is 30.0 (including 1.0 legal ethics) for a 60-minute state and 36.0 (including 1.2 legal ethics) for a 50-minute state. Please note that the actual number of credits may vary from state to state. The maximum number of CPE credits is 36.0 and CCB credits is 36.0.
