Overview: This webinar will focus on the FDA vaccine approval process, how the practice of medicine permits offlabel uses for FDA-approved products, the challenges operating within the confines of an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), and other life sciences aspects of using pharmaceuticals to quell the COVID-19 pandemic. Panelists will also address bioethical considerations regarding vaccines, vaccine mandates, and vaccine trials, including how EUAs may undermine clinical research and data collection.
