Substance Abuse and Effects on Pediatric Behavioral Health ( On-Demand Webinar)

Overview: The Regulation, Accreditation, and Payment (RAP) and Behavioral Health Practice Groups are presenting a two-part series to explore coverage, reimbursement, and trending legal issues in the delivery of substance abuse services.

This webinar will address typical mental health issues as well as coverage for youth with substance abuse treatment needs and addiction, care for families where a parent suffers from addiction or SUD, and wellness models that are trying to prevent addiction and untreated mental health issues in youth. Participants will learn about new laws and regulations, updates that improve coverage for and access to care, and practical tips about best practices, specifically as those relate to care for youth and pediatric patients.
