Overview: In this webinar, we explore: (i) current issues in the health care supply chain, many of which originated or were exacerbated during the pandemic; (ii) lessons learned from supply chain management during the pandemic; and (iii) potential strategies and solutions for supply chain management in the future. Learning objectives include: (i) creating awareness about supply chain challenges to facilitate constructive thinking on how to anticipate and solve for those challenges using contractual tools and business strategies; (ii) identifying forward-thinking ways to address supply chain challenges and mitigate supply chain risks; and (iii) providing contractual tips and tricks for addressing supply chain issues.
