Overview: Please join us for a unique and practical discussion on the legal, regulatory, and compliance issues to consider in any interaction with managed care plans. This webinar is led by legal counsel and compliance officers at first-tier, downstream, and related entities (FDRs), ancillary providers, and other stakeholders with years of experience navigating plan interactions on a daily basis. Topics will include a review of the most common types of interactions between plans and downstream providers, along with the relevant regulatory and compliance guidance governing such interactions, common risks and pitfalls that may arise, and best practices to ensure compliance among all parties.

  1. The perspectives of pharmaceutical manufacturer interactions with payers as set forth by FDA guidance 
  2. Best practices to ensure compliance in these interactions both on the plan and the downstream provider side
