Advancement in a Remote Workforce

Overview: This educational call with a focus on the topic of remote work, specifically as it relates to women from both the perspective of younger careerists looking to grow and more seasoned leaders navigating the new working dynamic that has come out of the pandemic. We have panelists from both in-house and law firm settings to discuss their different experiences with remote work and the ongoing transition as companies and firms navigate return to office. While many have benefitted from the additional flexibility brought by the normalization of remote work, there are persisting questions about the effect of remote work on career advancement and team cohesion.
