Date: December 7, 2022

Overview: This advanced-level webinar will offer real-world, practical perspectives on how to implement compliance with new federal interoperability requirements, including:

• The Information Blocking Rule (42 U.S.C. § 300jj-52 and 45 C.F.R. Part 171);

• The CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule, including CMS e-notification requirements, Patient Access API, Provider Directory API and Payer-to-Payer (P2P) Exchange.

We will also cover what is coming next with respect to interoperability requirements and programs, including the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Proposed Rule and the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA).
