Overview: It’s been a little over a year since the government has allowed for some regulatory relaxation for hospitals and health systems. Our expert speakers have worked with hospitals and health systems to adjust processes appropriately in response to these updates. They have also been closely watching the courts to see how the updates are being handled in real-world settings. In this webinar, our speakers discuss what they’ve seen this past year. They will give examples, interpret the courts’ reaction, and provide a roadmap for how health care organizations can continue to reinforce or shift processes to further mitigate risk and demonstrate compliance.
