Overview: According to recent research, medicine has some of the highest rates of sexual harassment compared to other industries. In response to this sobering fact, various national organizations, academic institutions, and health care societies have sought new and innovative ways to address this pernicious problem. With the Association of American Medical Colleges' newly released report as a guide, this webinar explores exciting new approaches to addressing—and even preventing—sexual harassment in health care. Three national experts will share practices related to hiring, training and education, and reporting, among other employment-related topics, as well as answer audience questions to address new and emerging anti-sexual harassment trends.
