Telehealth Compliance for Physician Organizations (On-Demand Webinar)

Date: 03/08/23
Overview: Entering the post-pandemic era, health care practitioners who wish to provide services through telemedicine have more options than ever before. But with more options come increased regulatory complexity and scrutiny. As practitioners consider their options, they must be thoughtful about their potential business partners and vigilant regarding the compliance issues that they may encounter when implementing different telemedicine strategies.

In this webinar, our panel will discuss the new ways in which physicians and physician organizations are engaging with patients through telemedicine, as well as questions practitioners should consider when vetting business models and care delivery platforms. The speakers will also examine compliance issues that practitioners (and their advisors) should consider as they implement telemedicine solutions, including reimbursement requirements, prescriptive authority, licensure, interstate practice, and risk management.
