Overview: In this webinar, the primary goal of the panel discussion is to analyze and address the far-reaching implications of the Supreme Court's decisions on racial diversity strategies within academic medicine. Panelists examine the impact on medical school admissions and extend the discussion to explore implications on faculty/staff diversity, leadership development, and training programs.
