Accessing Events

Live Webinars and Live Educational Calls

  1. Registration
  • Click the "Live Webinar" button on AHLA Education Center Catalog to find all upcoming live webinars and live educational calls. Note: You may filter courses by Practice Groups and Subject Matter on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Find the course you are looking for and click “select” button. On the next page you will see the course description and the “register” button. 
  • After clicking the register button, you will be taken to the shopping cart where you will be shown the webinar price based on your membership. Complete the steps to purchase the course and click on the “Return to Education Center” button.

IMPORTANT:

  • If you are registering yourself and have a current AHLA account, please log in using your current login information before proceeding with registration. To obtain login information, please contact the AHLA Member Services.
  • If you are registering someone else, please obtain the following information before proceeding with registration:
  • Registrant's AHLA member or non-member username.
  • Registrants' AHLA member or non-member password.

  1. Accessing the Event - to access your course, please go to the “Courses” section of your Education Center Dashboard. Click on the “In Progress” tab and select the live course you would like to attend. The presentation will be on the “Zoom Webinar” tab at the top of the page. Please note that the course will populate the “In Progress” tab on the day of the scheduled event. 
  2. Accessing Materials - the course materials will be available for download under the “Resources" tab as soon as they are provided. Materials are usually available two days prior to the event. However, in some cases the materials may become available the day of the event.
  3. Obtaining Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Certificate - CLE certificate of completion will be available once the “Webinar Evaluation” and “Attendance” pages have been completed on the course navigation. To ensure you receive the correct credits for this event, make sure that your license state information is up to date in the  myAHLA portal. On the “Certificate by State” page, your certificates will automatically generate with the correct credit amount for each of your states.

On-Demand Webinars

  1. Registration

  • Click on the "On-Demand Products" button on AHLA Education Center Catalog to find all On-Demand Webinars. Note: You may filter courses by Practice Groups and Subject Matter on the right-hand side of the screen. 
  • Find the course you are looking for and click on “select” button. On the next page you will see the course description and the “register” button.  
  • After clicking on the register button, you will be taken to the shopping cart where you will be able to purchase the On-Demand Webinar. Complete the steps to purchase the course and click on the “Return to Education Center” button.

  • If you are registering yourself and are a current AHLA member or have a non-member AHLA account, please log in using your current login information before proceeding with registration. To obtain login information, please contact AHLA Member Services. For additional assistance related to on-demand webinars, please email AHLA Education Team.
  • If you are registering someone else, please obtain the following information before proceeding with registration:
  • Registrant's AHLA member or non-member username.
  • Registrants' AHLA member or non-member password.

  1. Accessing the Recording and Materials  - after your purchase, you will be able to access your On-Demand Webinars by navigating to “My Dashboard,” and then clicking on “Courses.” Once you’re in the course, you’ll be able to view the On-Demand Webinar video and access the course materials.
  2. CLE Credit - recordings of past webinars and educational calls are not eligible for CLE credit. CLE credit may be obtained by applying directly to the attorney's state accrediting body, but approval is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of said accrediting body and subject to its rules and regulations.
