Overview: 10 States have enacted, in some form, health care transaction review laws that are designed to review antitrust, quality, need and other related issues in transactions that have not otherwise been the focus of regulatory scrutiny to date. This webinar discusses the common themes in the state processes and differences.

  • Recognize and differentiate between categories of healthcare transactions that fall under review, identify the entities subject to such assessments, and analyze the transformative influence of state regulatory reviews on specific healthcare transaction dynamics

  • Analyze the precise prerequisites associated with distinct review procedures, encompassing elements like mandatory disclosures, ownership evaluations, financial data submission, and comprehensive transactional records

  • Evaluate and formulate effective strategies for navigating the review procedures, considering the intricacies of the transactional landscape and the regulatory framework, and fostering a holistic understanding of compliance approaches
