Overview: This webinar focuses on how companies can ensure they are developing tomorrow's compliance officer today. The presentation emphasizes the importance of proactive engagement from current compliance officers in building or updating internal compliance programs to meet updated agency guidance over the last 5 years. The panel discusses the key skills and competencies that compliance officers need to develop to be effective in their roles, including strong communication skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders in the organization.
