Will the Proposed Changes to the Premerger Notification Rules and HSR Filing Instructions Impact your Deal? (On-Demand Webinar)
Closed captions are available.
Overview: On June 27, 2023, the FTC and DOJ announced proposed amendments to the premerger notification rules and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filing instructions.
The proposals could dramatically change the notification procedures that merging parties have used in the past and require the production of far more detailed information about the potential impact of a proposed transaction on competition and a number of other topics not previously emphasized.
This webinar panel provides an overview of the process changes and discusses the implications for future transactions in the health care industry.
- Gain Understanding into the implication of rule changes for proposed health care transactions
- Learn how the changes to the HSR Rules will apply in practice and affect health care organizations
- Discuss steps health care organizations can take now to plan for the implementation of the proposed rule changes
