Overview: Licensing agreements are one of the common features of University strategic affiliations and other health care transactions, in which the University licenses the use of its name and brand to a joint venture partner or affiliated community-based physician group. In this webinar, the presenters address the fraud and abuse and other legal considerations associated with the use of University brand in those transactions, as well as the methodology and market for evaluating the fair market value of the University's brand.
