Overview: As you begin planning for 2024, this presentation is intended to provide you with a basic understanding of important legal developments in the life sciences industry that may affect your operations, compliance work plans, and general planning for the upcoming year. 

The presenters discuss the regulatory and enforcement developments in each area of life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and clinical laboratories, that took place in 2023. The presenters also touch on significant proposals, such as the FDA's proposal to regulate laboratory-developed tests, and recent FDA and FTC guidance on direct-to-consumer advertising, which can have an effect on promotional activities for life science companies. The webinar also provides an overview of changes in the anti-trust enforcement environment that may impact life sciences companies.
