Overview: There have been a lot of flashy news reports regarding telehealth fraud in the last few years, but what is really going on? In a post-COVID world, what are the real problems with employing telehealth technology to deliver medical care? In this webinar, the panelists explore current trends in criminal and civil telehealth enforcement to better understand provider risks and mitigation strategies. The panelists discuss government priorities, recent cases, OIG reports, and the 2022 OIG special fraud alert regarding telemedicine.
