Overview: In this webinar, the speakers address legal and policy issues related to coverage and reimbursement of cell and gene therapies in the United States.  The speakers discuss issues such as federal requirements requiring coverage of such drugs, limitations on reimbursement, and legal restrictions on innovative payment arrangements.  The webinar also focuses on challenges in both the Medicare, Medicaid and commercial markets.  The presentation concludes with a discussion of proposed policy solutions and their potential impacts.
