Overview: In this webinar, former OFCCP Director Craig Leen and LaRonda Chastang, SVP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, discuss the implications of recent Supreme Court decisions on DEI programs for health care employers. Their discussion focuses on legal considerations arising from the Supreme Court's decisions on affirmative action and religious accommodations and how they impact employers' efforts to diversify their workforces.
