Overview: This webinar will provide an overview of a robust enterprise risk management (ERM) program for health care.  The speakers will discuss how an effective ERM program may be used to inform and structure board governance and identify key focus areas, including mission, ethics, resource management, and leadership. Participants will learn how to create an effective ERM program for health care, how to incentivize leadership through attention to risk, and how to create better governance through attention to risk.
