Overview: The webinar will provide an overview of antitrust enforcement as applicable to physician practices.  Specific topics will include the antitrust agencies’ new merger guidelines and how they will apply to acquisitions of physician practices, antitrust scrutiny of private equity “roll-up” strategies, and the evolving approach to antitrust enforcement concerning non-compete provisions.
