Overview: This webinar covers recent developments in privacy and data security enforcement and litigation in health care and health privacy matters more generally.  It focuses on particular on recent guidance from, and key enforcement actions brought by, the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights and the Federal Trade Commission. The webinar also provides an overview of significant litigation matters relating to health privacy, including regarding the use of online tracking technologies.
