Overview: In 2023, Treasury/IRS, HHS and DOL took preliminary steps to address variety of issues that significantly impact Health Plans, Employers and Issuers.  These include Mental Health Parity, Prescription Drug manufacturer coupons, the taxation of hospital indemnity insurance, level-funded plan arrangements, over the counter drug coverage, HIPAA Privacy and more.  Join us in this mid-year regulatory roundup as we offer predictions on which way the agencies might head with respect to each of these issues, as well as a few other hot topics (cybersecurity!) for good measure.
