Overview: This webinar explores the new requirements on businesses/employers for complying with the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and (Providing Urgent Maternal Protections) PUMP Act, both released in 2023, as well as guidance released from the DOL and EEOC on same. The 3 speakers will share not only the requirements but best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
