Overview: This webinar aims to provide the attendees with practical information on negotiating and maintaining contractual relationships with employed physicians while managing medical staff issues that can derail the employed relationship. The webinar outlines key issues to address in a physician employment agreement and explain why a health care organization should invest in maintaining robust physician employment agreements.  The webinar also discusses how a health system’s medical staff can create opportunities and problems for managing a difficult employed physician.
