Overview: The last webinar in the telemedicine series explores the future of telehealth, focusing on recent legislation, litigation to watch, and other emerging issues.  This webinar covers topics such as data privacy, subscription billing, AI and clinical decision support, remote patient monitoring, and billing for ancillary services.  Speakers provide insight on trends to monitor and best practices for navigating the evolving telehealth regulatory and enforcement landscape.

  • Gain an understanding of proposed and recent legislation that may impact operations for the telehealth industry., including subscription billing and new state corporate practice of medicine legislation.
  • Gain an understanding of Medicare policy and legislative changes related to remote patient monitoring, including those impacting billing and copays.
