Overview: The COVID-19 Pandemic may be over, but there have been substantial developments in every area of vaccine law that health law attorneys and their clients need to know about NOW. This session updates participants about the major changes and trends in the law of vaccine regulation, intellectual property, access and funding, mandates and exemptions, injury compensation, and responses to antivaccine misinformation.

  • Participants can discuss ramifications of the latest state and federal vaccine case law, regulations and statutes.
  • Participants can describe health care organizations' vaccine-law compliance duties and related institutional policies/procedures.
