These include Mental Health Parity, Prescription Drug manufacturer coupons, the taxation of hospital indemnity insurance, level-funded plan arrangements, over the counter drug coverage, HIPAA Privacy and more. Join us in this mid-year regulatory roundup as we offer predictions on which way the agencies might head with respect to each of these issues, as well as a few other hot topics (cybersecurity!) for good measure.
