Overview: In this webinar, panelists will focus on areas of greatest concern/interest/applicability in CMS' proposed Outpatient Prospective Payment System and Physician Fee Schedule Rules and Final Inpatient Prospective Payment System Rule and discuss what providers should know about each Rule.  These three Rules, when finalized, will provide the framework for changes to (or in some cases initial) Medicare policies for reimbursement, coverage, conditions of participation/conditions for coverage, provider enrollment.
