Overview: This webinar will provide an in-depth overview of home health and hospice joint ventures (JVs) that have proliferated across the country between health systems and operators. Speakers will provide an overview and discussion regarding recent JV activity including parties' motivations, legal and compliance considerations, key business risks, negotiation points, and valuation/FMV.  The webinar will conclude with an interactive question and answer session.
