Overview: In this webinar, three expert panelists discuss the latest developments in MA and Part D marketing rules and their effects on beneficiary engagement by MA organizations, Part D sponsors, agents and brokers, and third-party marketing organizations. The panelists will review the marketing rule changes that became effective in PY2024 and additional changes for PY2025 and share their perspectives on navigating these developments as we head into the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period for PY2025 that starts October 15. The webinar will include an update on the litigation pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas related to agent/broker compensation.

  • Review the PY2024 and PY2025 Parts C and D marketing rule changes.
  • Explore the implications of marketing rule changes for MA organizations, Part D sponsors, agents and brokers, and TPMOs, and learn how to navigate these changes.
