Overview: This webinar examines the final rule implementing an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process for disputes between 340B Drug Pricing Program covered entities and the drug manufacturers required to sell outpatient drugs to those entities at discounted prices. Speakers examine the ADR process and its application to claims alleging drug manufacturers are overcharging 340B covered entities and restrictions on the use of contract pharmacies by covered entities, as well as manufacturers’ claims of duplicate discounts or diversion. The session also discusses how the final rule may shape future relationships between covered entities, drug manufacturers, and HRSA.
