Overview: This webinar is part of a two-part series on agency reviews of hospital mergers and is aimed at attorneys whose practices are not antitrust-focused. This webinar builds on the new procedural hurdles discussed during Part 1 to analyze what has worked in practice when advocating before the regulators in the current environment. Participants will learn about planning for and developing strategies for success before the federal and state regulators.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Gain insight into the enforcement priorities for investigations of hospital mergers.
  • Receive guidance on strategic priorities when navigating federal and state regulatory review of hospital mergers.
  • Gain insight into strategies that have been successful in hospital mergers under the current administration and for recent state AG review.
