Overview: This webinar provides an overview of important labor and employment issues that present themselves in health care transactions, including historical employee issues, wage and hour consideration, union matters, benefit plan integration, and executive retention and transitions. The presenters will identify where such issues arise, whether in due diligence, definitive agreement negotiation and/or integration and will also share tactics on how to effectively deal with these issues at all phases of the transaction.
