Overview: The information blocking rule was established in the 21st Century Cures Act in 2016 and codified into regulation in 2020, but what is the current state of information sharing in the health care industry in 2025? This webinar discusses recent changes to the information blocking rule, what to expect in enforcement in 2025, upcoming rulemaking, and what actors subject to the rule should be thinking about to ensure compliance. Speakers also discuss how the information blocking rule has been used to combat claims of unfair trade practices and anticompetitive actions in the industry.
