Overview: This webinar helps attendees avoid traps for the unwary in digital health as different regulatory outlines for manufacturers of products that rely on datasets/ instructions often create more questions than answers. Speakers discuss consents, training, diagnostic product development, misbranding, and how each element of software and medical device development is the focal point of enforcement activity and litigation. In addition, as AI continues to grow in the health care and life sciences industries, clients need guidance on how to stay compliant and avoid liability--this webinar will help attendees prepare to provide that guidance.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand recent enforcement trends in digital health.
  • Discuss the ethical issues related to the use, development, and reliance on AI.
  • Explain the risks of noncompliance in the areas of digital health and AI.
