Overview: The Trump administration’s focus on increased interior immigration enforcement activities raises many questions for health care entities.  This webinar addresses the practical implications of potential onsite immigration enforcement activity, including an understanding of the breadth of law enforcement authority and how to prepare with compliant procedures and effective training. The speakers also discuss the scope of disclosure of patient or employee information.
