Overview: OIG issued its first Industry Segment-Specific Compliance Program Guidance (ICPG) in November 2024, which was for nursing facilities. This was the first “spoke” in the “hub” of OIG’s General Compliance Program Guidance (GCPG). In this 60-minute webinar, attendees hear from one of the co-authors of the Nursing Facility ICPG about this beginning of a new era in OIG’s compliance program guidance documents.

- Learn about key themes, important concepts, and best practices identified in the Nursing Facility ICPG
