Overview: In health care, change is often the only constant. This webinar's core focus is adapting to and integrating change within an organization. Speakers will examine the key building blocks of change that form the foundation for effectively navigating change in health care, including: (1) shifting mindsets; (2) adjusting behaviors; (3) adapting structures and ownership; (4) operational considerations; (5) financial and economic factors; (6) legal and regulatory realities; and (7) clinical aspects.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the foundational components necessary to navigate change, including mindset shifts, behavior adjustments, and modifications to organizational structures and ownership.
- Explore how operational, financial, and legal factors impact the success of change initiatives within health care environments.
- Examine how clinical practices and regulatory requirements must be aligned with broader change efforts to ensure compliance and quality care delivery.
