Overview: This webinar explores new updates on the HIPAA Privacy and Security rules, including special rules for reproductive health information and upcoming changes to the HIPAA Security Rule. Speakers also examine state data privacy laws trends; website tracking technologies--including what practices are and are not permissible; breach incidents reported by business associates; enforcement trends and priorities; and compliance best practices.
