This 60-minute webinar provides a structured, multi-phase approach for evaluating outlier physicians and offers practical tools to assess compliance with respect to these "super-docs," from clinical documentation integrity to coding practices, workflow feasibility, medical necessity, and more.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the compliance and business challenges associated with high-performing physicians.
  • Review Stark Law basics as applied to physician compensation, including examining recent DOJ enforcement actions and identifying high-risk compensation structures.
  • Understand practical compliance strategies to evaluate high-performing physicians for contract and regulatory compliance.
