Overview: This webinar examines the growing legislative and regulatory state health care transaction review and filing requirements that are impacting health care transactions. The speakers will present practical guidance on issues including: determining the applicability of filing requirements to different health care and life science practice areas and industries; states that have the most stringent regulatory regimes and what that means for obtaining transaction approval; and best practices for working with regulators.
