Overview: As health care organizations continue shifting toward value-based care, compliance teams face new challenges in ensuring that value-based enterprises (VBEs) operate within complex regulatory frameworks while still achieving their clinical and financial goals. Traditional compliance models are no longer sufficient—VBEs demand continuous oversight, data-driven accountability, and proactive monitoring.
In this webinar, a panel of experts will unpack the critical components of ongoing compliance monitoring for VBEs, from pre-launch planning to steady-state operations. Participants will learn how to establish a governance structure that meets Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute requirements, define meaningful outcome and process measures, design monitoring systems that safeguard both compliance and value, and have a clear roadmap for building and maintaining compliant, high-performing VBEs that stand the test of regulatory scrutiny and operational complexity.
Learning Objectives:
- Differentiate between compliance monitoring for traditional physician arrangements and value-based enterprises (VBEs).
- Learn how to design a proactive compliance monitoring framework before launching a value-based enterprise.
- Explore how to build a framework to continuously evaluate identified risk areas of VBEs
