Overview: The One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s (OBBBA’s) health care provisions amount to the largest changes to health care programs since the Affordable Care Act. Most of the health care reforms in the OBBBA relate to Medicaid, including changes to eligibility and funding with key changes to how states fund their Medicaid programs using provider taxes.  This 90-minute webinar explores key provisions in the OBBBA with a focus on recent developments with CMS rulemaking and provider tax issues including an overview of provider taxes before and after the OBBA reforms
