Overview: This webinar features three in-house lawyers and one private attorney to discuss the key current issues in-house attorneys are facing and how to handle them. Speakers discuss the Trump Administration's antitrust agencies, how they differ (and are similar to) the Biden Administration agencies, what they've done so far, and what we foresee in 2026.
