Overview: This two-part webinar explores the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 (PSA). Part 2 summarizes key trial and appellate court decisions that have interpreted the scope of privilege protections afforded under the PSA. Speakers also discuss litigation lessons learned, how to anticipate the types of plaintiff and court positions that may lead to rejecting the privilege, and best practices in defending against discovery demands.
