Overview: The use of conversational AI in behavioral health is expanding rapidly, offering new pathways to deliver mental health support, extend provider reach, and reduce barriers to care. But these tools also present unique legal and regulatory challenges. This webinar provides a focused examination of chatbot applications in behavioral health settings, including the patchwork of state AI laws, privacy frameworks, and emerging litigation shaping this space. Attendees will gain practical guidance on evaluating behavioral health chatbot solutions, structuring vendor relationships, implementing reasonable safeguards, and ensuring transparency with patients—all while staying ahead of a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
